Collaborate with global clinical teams to design and deliver high quality learning journeys that build capability, drive performance and enable compliant clinical trial execution.

Your new role
As a Competency Development Professional at Novo Nordisk, you will have the opportunity to:

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify and re-prioritise training needs that support strategic development agendas and business objectives.
• Design and implement learning frameworks and end-to-end learning journeys that deliver excellent user experiences and meet stakeholder requirements across a global organisation.
• Create and deliver training using multiple modalities—e-learning, virtual workshops, classroom sessions, digital self-paced courses, and blended solutions—tailored to audience needs and learning outcomes.
• Measure and evaluate learning effectiveness using data and analytics and use insights to optimise programmes.

Your new department
Clinical Learning and Training forms part of Clinical Excellence. We are a team of 7 dedicated learning professionals delivering on an ambitious learning agenda. We develop and deploy impactful learning solutions supporting Novo Nordisk globally across clinical operations.

Leveraging learning domain expertise and powered by digital enablers, we accelerate change and capability growth, enabling effective and compliant clinical trial execution.

Your skills & qualifications
To thrive in this role, we imagine you have:

• A master's or bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Education, Research or a related field, combined with minimum 5 years of experience in developing and managing learning and training projects within a large and complex organisation
• Proven experience in developing end-to-end learning solutions, utilising effective digital tools is an advantage
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
• An ability to adjust quickly to new situations in a continuously developing environment
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
• Experience with the 5Di design framework as an approach to designing effective learning experiences is an advantage
• Experience from regulated industries is an advantage
