Then you might be our new Capacity Partner in our Global Contract Manufacturing Drug Substance (GCM DS) Supply Chain department.

 

The position

As our new Capacity Partner, you will be responsible for driving processes, incl facilitating discussions, related to our Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMO) both in operational and project phases. You will be the one-point of contact across the whole CVP area for all our CMOs; all essential for securing a steady supply of medicine to our patients worldwide.

 

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Driving and supporting mid- and long-term capacity planning processes in GCM DS in collaboration with central planning functions in Novo Nordisk.
  • Collecting data, creating insights and proposing recommendations related to our global CMO networks
  • Analysing and preparing business cases for management and facilitating required discussions
  • Creating management decision-making material and communication packages towards our global stakeholders

 

Your primary stakeholders are Novo Nordisk central Supply Chain organisation.

 

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, we expect that you have:

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree (preferably a MsC) in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or any other relevant field
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in planning from a manufacturing, supply chain, or operations management function in an international organization
  • Excellent stakeholder and change management skills and the ability to effectively introduce new ways of working and continuous improvements
  • Experience with presenting for senior management
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken

It would be an advantage if you have gained your experience in a highly regulated industry (such as pharmaceutical, medical devices, food, automotive  or oil and gas industries or similar) and if you are familiar with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

On a personal level, you have exceptional interpersonal skills enabling you to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You adapt effortlessly to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment while keeping your focus on providing excellent support to colleagues across the organisation, as you enjoy both working in a team as well as independently.

 

 

About the department

GCM DS Supply Chain is responsible for establishing supply chains for new Contract Manufacturers (CMOs) and manages purchase planning for existing CMOs. An integrated part of this is the capacity planning, production forecasting & reporting.

 

We work closely with our colleagues in the rest of GCM DS, CMOs and our internal stakeholders from our central supply chain organization. Our department consist of highly skilled and motivated professionals dedicated to contributing to the area and business, ultimately serving our patients in need of our medicine.
