You are currently studying your bachelor or master’s degree in business, communication, math or other related fields. You already have some experience with cross-functional project management either in a work or academic setting. A curiosity for digging deep into data and finding learnings and input with a strategic perspective, as well a keen interest in modern communication technologies and innovation is a must, together with excellent Microsoft Office skills, and you are fluent in both oral and written English.

You will need to manage a high degree of complexity. Therefor it is critical that you have a methodical approach to your work and tasks and the ability to adapt, when priorities change. You are communicative, bring a can-do attitude and a healthy sense of humour to your work – even when the pressure is on. Finally, you have excellent interpersonal skills, a professional and personal impact that is reflected in your desire to independently take initiative and responsibility for your projects.

At Novo Nordisk, we don’t wait for change. We drive it. We’re a dynamic company in an even more dynamic industry, and we know that what got us to where we are today is not necessarily what will make us successful in the future. We embrace the spirit of experimentation, striving for excellence without fixating on perfection. We never shy away from opportunities to develop, we seize them. From research and development, through to manufacturing, marketing and sales – we’re all working to move the needle on patient care.
