The position
As the Associate Director Integration, you will be setting direction and deliver results together with the R&D Integration Team, overseeing the successful integration of assets or companies into the R&D organisation. The R&D Integration Team represents various lines of business functional areas across R&D at Novo Nordisk, ensuring the necessary level of skills, expertise, and decision-making power to support the optimal development and launch of in-licensed and/or acquired assets.
Working closely with the R&D Integration Team, the legacy company representatives, and the Global Project Team, you will play an important role in contributing to the successful development and launch of the assets in question. This position, based at Novo Nordisk HQ in Søborg, offers global impact and influence through the execution of integration project activities.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting and delivering on the integration project management activities related to the in licensing of clinical programs and/or acquisition of assets and companies
- As part of the Global Project team, be the link between integration activity and project key deliverables related to integration activities
- Supporting decisions for the overall integration strategy and identify risks and mitigating actions during due diligence
- Ensuring relevant cross-functional alignment and project endorsement with other integration leads
- Planning and conducting R&D Integration Team meetings and cross-functional. workshops in collaboration with the corporate Integration Management Office
- Communicating and collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders globally
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for the Associate Project Director Integration role at Novo Nordisk, applicants should possess the following qualifications:

- A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree within Health Sciences, Business Administration or Management
- A minimum of +5 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with demonstrated success in setting direction and delivering result for complex projects
- Experience within R&D areas such as Regulatory, Safety, Medical Writing/Clinical Reporting, Clinical Operations, Medical, Data Science or similar
- Knowledge of pharma, systems, and processes, particularly those within the R&D organization

- Proven track record of strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Good communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders globally.
