About Development IT
You will be part of Data, Digital and IT - Development and will be located in Søborg, Denmark. We are a dedicated team of around 175 people in Denmark and 75 in India, responsible for the implementation & development, support & maintenance and operation of projects and applications. You will be part of an agile, inspiring, and ambitious work environment, where advanced use of IT and teamwork are key. We work according to agile principles, and our set-up is centred around Agile Release Trains (ART) delivering data and IT solutions and processes for the development of new drugs in Novo Nordisk.

 

The job
In this role, your main responsibilities will be to

  • Collect data on ART metrics e.g. using Microsoft forms, ADO or Mentimeter or similar tools
  • Analyse ART metrics and processes and support the ART Leadership and come with suggestions for improving the way we work e.g. using lean-agile tools 
  • Coordinate activities, meetings etc. including ensuring bookings in Outlook for people and rooms for key ART events e.g. PI Planning
  • Help organising team events e.g. booking facilities (external and internal), helping with agendas, facilitation, presentations, etc.
  • Help with follow-up on financials and suppliers
  • Help the leadership team in the ARTs with ad hoc tasks such as process optimsiation and improvement initiatives
  • Be go-to person for many process matters

As a person you are passionate about learning and get energized from working with people in a fast-moving environment. You excel at organising events, analysing data and processes, and come up with improvement suggestions. We are looking for a team player, able to navigate with social skills in a large organisation, service-minded and understand the importance of ensuring good logistics and communications when working with large groups of people e.g. meeting calendars.

 

Qualifications
We are looking for an ambitious and proactive colleague who can contribute to the team both professionally and personally. The ideal candidate will:  

  • Have a relevant M.Sc. e.g. in IT, Engineering, Business, Economics or other related fields
  • Generally IT savvy – and a curious and fast learner of new IT tools
  • Be fluent in English
