The position

As a (Senior) Training Professional at Novo Nordisk, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, assessing training opportunities in support of aspiring strategic development agendas
  • Develop learning frameworks and learning journeys that ensure a high level of end-user experience and meet stakeholder expectations across a global organisation
  • Design appropriate training offerings and facilitate training delivery across a variety of means, including e-learning, virtual workshops, classroom training, digital self-paced learning, and blended approaches
  • Drive the measurement and evaluation of learning initiatives, utilising data and analytics to assess the effectiveness and impact of learning programmes
  • Act as a strategic partner and advisor to business leaders to ensure strong business performance
  • Provide insights and recommendations for developing the learning domain in order for us to achieve important organisational goals

 

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, we imagine you have:

  • A master's or bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field, combined with minimum 5 years of experience in developing and managing learning projects within a large and complex organisation
  • Proven experience in developing end-to-end learning solutions, including utilising effective digital tools
  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
  • A strong drive for developing new robust processes and a demonstrated ability to adjust quickly to new situations in a continuously developing environment
  • Experience from regulated industries is an advantage

About the department

Clinical Learning and Training forms part of Clinical Operations Centre of Expertise. We are a team of 10 dedicated learning professionals delivering on an ambitious learning agenda. We develop and deploy impactful learning solutions supporting Novo Nordisk globally across clinical operations.

 

Leveraging learning domain expertise and powered by digital enablers, we accelerate change and capability growth, enabling effective and compliant clinical trial execution.
