The position
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will act as a value-adding business partner with a key focus on speed, productivity, cost, and performance analysis across our global clinical development organisation. Establishing strong collaboration with the project organisation will be one of your goals in this role.

Qualifications
To thrive and succeed, we imagine you have:

  • A master’s degree in business, business data science or another relevant scientific field combined with strong business acumen
  • 6-10 years of experience in big-data analysis, data science, or business analysis showing both strong analytical and communication skills, as well as proficiency with IT- tools
  • Proven track record translating data into strategic and actionable recommendations, determining the added value and potential risks
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn about clinical drug development and the pharma industry
  • Fluency in written and spoken English

About the department
Global Clinical Business Analysis is a global department of 15 dedicated professionals supporting and collaborating across the global clinical development organisation which is responsible for the clinical research and project management of our products in development with approximately 1100 people in the headquarters function and approximately 2500 in our regions. It is a complex environment with many projects in our development portfolio. Transparency and in-depth analysis on global trial performance, capacity and performance management is critical to us.
