Join our Trial Resource Management department and help us strengthen clinical trial costing and capacity planning in Novo Nordisk.

 

Your new role

As a (Senior) Business Partner in the Trial Resource Management team, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Partnering with the project teams to create cost estimates for our clinical trials globally.
  • Perform analyses of costs, resources, and timelines to enable informed portfolio and project decision-making.
  • Drive improvements in processes and strengthen governance model ensuring both cost accuracy as well as overall cost development across portfolio of trials and countries involved.
  • Ensure strong collaboration across key stakeholders including project teams and Corporate Finance.

 

This is a temporary position for 12 months.

 

Your new department       

You’ll be part of Trial Resource Management, a 10 person team in Global Trial Portfolio within the R&D organisation. We help optimize clinical trial costs and capacity by engaging with cross-functional stakeholders and transforming insights from data into implementable decisions.

 

Your skills & qualifications

We're seeking candidates who fulfil the following prerequisites:

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree or a master’s degree in business administration, finance, economics or equivalent.
  • You have minimum 5 years of relevant experience from a similar position or experience in business analysis of clinical development.
  • You have a solid understanding of numbers within the field of business analysis
  • It is an advantage if you have experience from the pharmaceutical industry, particularly within clinical development.
  • You demonstrate expertise in managing complex projects across stakeholders.
  • Fluent in written and verbal English.

 

As a person you are a team player and you are good at communication, presentation, negotiation and influential skills. You have good project management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate stakeholders. You have a structured overview of tasks and strong analytical capabilities, and you work independently and receives minimal guidance. You are able and willing to adjust quickly to new situations in a continuously developing environment.
