The position
As a (Senior) Business Partner, you will have the opportunity to:
- Support our development projects with a special focus on resource management and forecasting to ensure that we meet our targets
- Support management by creating transparency and analysis for informed decision-making by turning complex data into clear conclusions and easy-to-understand communication slides
- Be the owner of the Dashboard and work closely with Power BI developer to facilitate the tools used for decision-making

Qualifications
To thrive in this position, we imagine you have:
- A master’s degree in business, science, R&D, or any other relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in data analysis, business analysis, or business controlling
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Proficiency with IT tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
As a person, you are self-driven, analytical, a good communicator, and function well in a dynamic global environment. You have strong business acumen and enjoy collaborating with many different stakeholders with diverse cultural backgrounds.
The above skills are of major importance as you have to establish a strong collaboration with the project organization based on mutual trust and be considered as a value-adding business partner.
About the department
Global Clinical Business Analysis is a global department of 15 dedicated professionals supporting and collaborating across the global clinical development organisation which is responsible for the clinical research and project management of our products in development with approximately 1100 people in the headquarters function and approximately 2500 in our regions. It is a complex environment with many projects in our development portfolio. Transparency and in-depth analysis on global trial performance, capacity and performance management is critical to us.
