Join our Regulatory, Quality & Clinical Reporting (RQ&C) Executive Office as a (Senior) Analytics Business Partner and turn data into actionable forecasts and strategic insights that support decision-making across the organisation.

It’s a 12-months maternity cover and we don’t offer relocation support for the role.

 

Your new role

As a (Senior) Analytics Business Partner in the RQ&C Executive Office Team, you’ll be responsible for improving and communicating data-driven forecasting models within a business context. You’ll take ownership of business analysis and manage projects aimed at business improvement initiatives to support decisions at various stakeholder levels. Additionally, you’ll engage in internal development and ad-hoc tasks to support the overall business objectives. Your ability to synthesise data and provide actionable insights will be crucial in driving organisational growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Leverage data-driven business insights to identify, initiate, and execute business opportunities
  • Create insights and forecasting reports for senior leadership, including key actions and recommendations
  • Operate at the intersection of data analytics, process optimisation, project management, and stakeholder management
  • Drive strategic initiatives to enable growth and ensure strong execution
  • Ensure high-quality improvements and maintenance of existing data models, analyses and reporting

 

Your new department

The team is anchored in the Executive Office within RQ&C. The team acts as trusted partners to the RQ&C Leadership Team by building analytical insights and driving strategic initiatives and projects that enable decision-making and actionable recommendations. 

You’ll join a high-performing team of 3 colleagues focused on driving and simplifying strategic business processes, strong stakeholder management and engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and personal development.

 

Your skills & qualifications
To succeed in this role, you’ll have:

  • Master’s degree in business, economics, or a related field
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in data analytics
  • Experience working with analytical tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx is a must
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate and communicate data into actions at various stakeholder levels
  • Experience within consultancy would be desirable
  • Fluent written and spoken English

 

As a person, you are investigative, create results to ensure implementation of solutions and a team player. Furthermore, you are an excellent communicator who can present findings and recommendations at various stakeholder levels – both in writing and in person.
