The Position
As Systems Product & Innovation Analyst, you will be responsible for defining the vision, roadmap, and continuous improvement of digital systems and tools that support the business. You will lead system design and enhancement initiatives across Brazil, ensuring that solutions are aligned with user needs, business priorities, and innovation opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Defining and maintaining a clear product vision and systems roadmap, based on user research, stakeholder input, and business goals.
- Managing and prioritizing the systems backlog, translating business needs into user stories and technical requirements.
- Driving agile implementation using methodologies such as Design Thinking, Scrum, and Kanban, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Implementing innovative tools, including process automation using PowerApps and AI-based technologies, to streamline workflows and reduce manual efforts.
- Leading collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to align system strategy, coordinate deployments, and ensure documentation, compliance, and performance monitoring.
Qualifications
We are looking for a solution-oriented and collaborative professional with strong digital and project management skills. To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field, with proven experience in product management, system analysis, and project management.
- Solid experience with agile methodologies (Design Thinking, Lean, Scrum, Kanban) and digital product development, with a focus on planning, implementation, and delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
- Advanced or fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with low-code tools (e.g., PowerApps), AI technologies, and a basic understanding of system architecture or programming is considered a strong plus.
