The Position

As Senior Product Manager – Haemophilia, you will be responsible for leading the strategic direction and tactical execution of Novo Nordisk's haemophilia portfolio in Brazil. You will oversee launch readiness, lifecycle management, cross-functional coordination, and market-shaping activities, ensuring our therapies reach the patients who need them most. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Driving portfolio strategy, including launch planning, post-launch optimization, market research, forecasting, and competitive analysis.
  • Leading cross-functional collaboration with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Sales, and Global teams to ensure alignment and seamless brand execution.
  • Designing and executing multichannel campaigns, including scientific promotion, digital activation, healthcare professionals (HCP) engagement, and patient support programs, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Engaging with stakeholders, including key opinion leaders, advocacy organizations, and hemocenters, and representing the company in medical congresses and advisory boards.
  • Managing financial performance, partnering with Finance to forecast revenue, track budget utilization, and analyse sales trends to inform decision-making.

 

Qualifications

We are looking for a strategic and collaborative marketing professional with a proven track record of brand leadership in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. To succeed in this role, you should have:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Science – any higher education is a plus.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including product launches and lifecycle management.
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Experience with CONITEC processes, public hearings, or rare diseases/specialty medicines is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge in market access, health economics, payer engagement, or patient advocacy will be considered a valuable asset.
