The Position

As a Quality Manager LATAM, you will:

  • Contribute to the development of the LATAM GDP (Global Distribution Practice) Audit strategy for external suppliers.
  • Lead the auditor's team in the business area.
  • Oversee the GDP external audit process, including audit program management, execution, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) follow-up.
  • Directly influence the quality level of affiliates by supporting in quality trainings and process improvements
  • Quality approve BA deviations and change requests and drive process improvements and simplifications in the business area.
  • Represent the area in global/regional quality projects and lead business area projects as appointed.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in a life science such as pharmaceutical or similar.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. Intermediate level of Portuguese is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance, auditing within the pharmaceutical industry is preferrable as well as familiarity with LATAM market and regulatory environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
