The Position

As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Quality Management System (QMS) at Novo Nordisk Brazil, ensuring alignment with local health authority regulations and global company standards. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen our quality culture and support key business operations. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Executing QMS routines such as deviation and CAPA management, change control, documentation, training, KPIs, and archiving to ensure traceability and compliance.
  • Supporting internal audits, regulatory inspections, and supplier qualification, acting as a key contact for findings and action plans.
  • Ensuring that all employees are properly trained on GDP (Good Distribution Practices), local regulatory requirements, and quality systems.
  • Acting as a quality partner across departments (Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Medical Information, Customer Service, Legal, Commercial areas), fostering an integrated compliance approach.
  • Operating and supporting global quality systems and digital platforms used across the affiliate to manage documentation, training, deviations, KPIs, and process improvements, ensuring accurate and compliant quality operations.

 

Qualifications

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional with critical thinking skills, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset. To succeed in this role, you must have:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Health Sciences field.
  • Advanced English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Proven experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on GxP compliance and quality system management.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model (2–3x/week in São Paulo) — with flexibility to increase presence during audits or inspections.
  • Familiarity with GxP practices applied to business, project management, and experience with quality-related tools/systems is considered a strong plus.
