The Position
As Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for establishing, executing, and monitoring the pricing strategy across Novo Nordisk Brazil’s entire portfolio. Acting as a key strategic partner, you will work closely with commercial, market access, finance, regulatory, and global stakeholders to ensure pricing decisions are aligned with business goals, legal frameworks, and patient access needs. Your key responsibilities include:
- Managing the annual price increase process, including commercial reporting, SAP/SAMMED inputs, alignment with Marketing & Sales, and communication with market intelligence channels.
- Developing pricing dossiers for new products or presentations and submitting them to CMED.
- Delivering actionable pricing insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders, supporting commercial planning and portfolio management.
- Leading pricing business cases and analysis for strategic launches, ensuring compliance with SOPs and internal governance.
- Building and improving the affiliate's pricing infrastructure, processes, and systems to ensure sustainable and compliant operations.
Qualifications
We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and deep knowledge of the Brazilian pricing and regulatory landscape. To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher education in Business, Economics, Finance, Pharmacy, or a related field, with proven experience in pricing, market access, or commercial effectiveness within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or consultancy sectors.
- Solid knowledge of CMED regulation and pricing legislation in Brazil.
- A strong understanding of the Brazilian healthcare ecosystem, including regulatory landscape and reimbursement systems is required; experience managing patent loss scenarios is a strong plus.
- Robust financial abilities to calculate price elasticity, assess willingness to pay, evaluate portfolio dynamics, and determine implications for profit and loss.
- Demonstrated experience in building pricing reports, dashboards, business cases, and performing scenario-based analytics and strategic forecasting.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and translate complex information for both technical and non-technical audiences.

You will be part of the Finance & Operations department at Novo Nordisk Brazil, leading the pricing function and acting as a key strategic partner across the organisation.
