The Position
As a PMO Coordinator, you will:
- Lead the design and execution of patient-focused initiatives, guiding cross-functional teams through the double diamond process, from identifying pain points to ideating and implementing solutions using design thinking and agile frameworks.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, analysing customer needs, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring that projects align with business objectives and strategic priorities.
- Ensure project governance and compliance, applying PMO methodologies and best practices to guarantee efficient execution, proper handovers, and adherence to corporate policies.
- Translate complex challenges into impactful solutions, crafting clear, engaging, and high-quality communication materials to drive understanding and adoption of new initiatives.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, proactively exploring new methodologies, tools, and best practices to enhance project execution and foster innovation.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Completed bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; postgraduate studies are desirable.
- Experience in service design, with proven expertise in leading design thinking sessions and tools.
- Experience in project management, with hands-on knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Agile Methodology and others.
- Fluency in English and strong communication skills to simplify complex ideas and align stakeholders.
- Any experience with OKR implementation, proficiency in Miro, Planner, P4W, and Azure, and the ability to manage uncertainty, multi-tasking, and budgeting processes is highly desirable.
