Your new role
As Digital Communications Manager, you'll be the strategic force behind Novo Nordisk Brazil's institutional digital presence. This isn't your typical pharma comms role – we need someone who lives and breathes social media, who can bring fresh, consumer-driven thinking into a regulated space, and who has the seniority to navigate complexity with confidence.
Your responsibilities will include:
-
Leading end-to-end influencer strategies from negotiation to real-time risk management, balancing organic and paid partnerships that drive meaningful impact
-
Defining the 360° digital strategy across our corporate channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, website) – setting the tone, driving performance, and owning the narrative
-
Orchestrating a creative ecosystem of agencies and partners, acting as the primary lead to ensure excellence in content, SEO/GEO, and website management
-
Transforming performance data into actionable business insights that inform strategy and demonstrate ROI
-
Managing social listening to anticipate engagement opportunities and navigate potential crises before they escalate
-
Overseeing multidisciplinary projects simultaneously while engaging diverse internal stakeholders across Brazil, Regional (Emerging Markets), and Global (Denmark) teams
-
Ensuring all content aligns with Corporate Visual Identity (CVI) while managing budgets, contracts, and compliance workflows
Your new department
Within our Brazil operations, the Communications team plays a vital role in connecting our purpose and innovation to diverse audiences—from patients and healthcare professionals to digital influencers and technology partners. You'll work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your strategic thinking will help shape how we engage with one of our most important markets.
Your skills and qualifications
We're looking for a digitally native senior professional who can operate at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and regulatory excellence. You'll bring:
- Proven track record managing large-scale influencer programs and complex paid media budgets with demonstrated focus on performance and ROI
-
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Digital Marketing or Advertising (MBA or specialization in Digital Business, Data Science or Strategy is highly preferred)
-
Hard user social media profile – deep, native-level understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and what makes content perform across platforms
-
Fluency in English and strong partnering leadership skills with proven experience managing agencies and creative teams to deliver excellence
-
Agile mindset with rational, data-driven decision-making abilities and the professional maturity to manage pressure across multiple stakeholder groups
-
"Play to win" attitude – you're a change agent who implements agile methodologies and brings new digital languages into highly regulated environments
- Experience in digital communications within tech and/or consumer-driven national and multinational companies
