The Position

The LATAM Product Owner – Digital Channels, oversees product management, development and operations across Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Central America, and Mexico for our key customer engagement channels like our web portals, email marketing channels and webinars. This professional will act as a bridge between the local and regional business stakeholders and international global product owners and devops teams, to ensure the channels are designed to enable country-specific customer engagement strategies, policies, and activities. Additionally, this person ensures an evolving tech stack to meet business needs and industry standards, oversees and helps prioritize the regional backlog of change requests, manages utilization of dedicated devops and vendor resources, offers training and support to digital channel users and communication teams, and works in close collaboration with IT support operations to ensure excellence on channel performance metrics. This position is based in São Paulo/SP-Brazil, reporting to the LATAM IT Ecosystem Lead and working in a international environment with stakeholders across the world.

Your responsabilities includes:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities, analyzing market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for Digital Channel product enhancements.
  • Define a clear roadmap for Digital Channels product development and enhancements, considering regional requirements and business goals.
  • Stakeholder collaboration and communication: Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, facilitate regular communication and updates on product development progress, and build strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Conduct stakeholder meetings and presentations to share product updates and gather input.
  • Agile project management: Lead the agile development process, prioritize and manage the product backlog, collaborate with development teams to ensure timely delivery, and monitor project progress to address any issues proactively.

 

Qualifications

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in business development, computer science, (digital) sales & marketing, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • This person is expected to have fluent level of English.
  • We expect a candidate with previous experience in product ownership or product management working in the digital and IT industry
  • We’d like to see that you demonstrate good understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies, with knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager as a differential.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (CIAM) Consumer Identity and Access Management, along with proficiency in customer support and incident management solutions such as ServiceNow and Jira, as well as other relevant tools for consent management, virtual calls, webinars, digital asset management, and CDN, is a plus.
