The Position

The LATAM CRM Product Owner will excel in stakeholder management, integrating their needs into product development, will lead data-driven conversations, emphasizing business and customer value. This person integrates agile methodologies for greater impact. Balancing business and technical understanding, they'll make effective decisions in a global enterprise environment. They'll develop strategic partnerships to enhance the CRM system and bridge business and tech needs as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams. This position is based in São Paulo/SP-Brazil, reporting to the LATAM IT Ecosystem Lead and working in a international environment with stakeholders across the world.

Your responsabilities includes:

  • Holds decision-making authority over Regional CRM system development, implementation, and management within the LATAM region, determining strategic direction and priorities.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives, coordinating with regional stakeholders for insight.
  • Makes decisions on data analysis, reporting requirements, and CRM integration, ensuring effective utilization of CRM tools.
  • Represents the interests of the region in CRM-related decisions and initiatives, acting as a liaison with stakeholders and providing continuous improvement feedback.
  • Works closely with the Global CRM team to align regional initiatives with the overall CRM strategy, sharing insights and promoting best practices.
  • Represents the organization at industry conferences or events related to CRM, advocating for innovative approaches and networking opportunities.

 

Qualifications

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • This person is expected to have fluent level of English.
  • We expect a candidate with previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with a strong knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and processes.
  • We’d like to see that you demonstrate good communication skills and stakeholder management skills, along with strong teamwork abilities and proficiency in conflict management.
  • Certification as a Salesforce.com, IQVIA OCE, and/or Veeva administrator, as well as SAFe certification, is a plus.
