Analyzing and coordinating participation in strategic external events, rankings and awards that elevate our institutional profile
-
Leading communication partners, including PR agencies and consultancies, ensuring excellence and creative output
-
Managing reputation data and delivering executive reports with media and social media trend analysis to Affiliate, Regional, and Global stakeholders
-
Monitoring media landscape and facilitating internal follow-ups across business areas to ensure reputation action plans are met
-
Translating complex healthcare topics into compelling narratives for journalists, influencers, and the general public
-
Hybrid work arrangement (3-4 days per week in the office).
Your new department
Within our Brazil operations, the Communications team plays a vital role in connecting our purpose and innovation to diverse audiences—from patients and healthcare professionals to digital influencers and technology partners. You'll work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your strategic thinking will help shape how we engage with one of our most important markets.
Your skills and qualifications
-
We're seeking a reputation strategist with a sharp eye for media trends and the professional maturity to manage complex stakeholder landscapes. You'll bring:
-
Bachelor's degree in Journalism or Public Relations (specialization/master's degree in Corporate Communications is desired)
-
Fluency in English and Portuguese, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
-
Proven experience managing communication agencies and external partners, bringing out the best in creative teams
-
Strong analytical profile with the ability to make data-driven decisions while maintaining creative sensitivity
-
High emotional intelligence and professional maturity to manage pressure, crisis situations, and multiple stakeholders across different levels
-
Agile mindset with the ability to respond quickly, think creatively, and find non-obvious solutions for complex reputation challenges
-
Experience in media relations and organic influencer relations in corporate environments. Healthcare or highly regulated industries will be a differencial.
