Your new role
As Clinical Trial Manager at our Clinical Development Centre (CDC) in Brazil, you will take end-to-end accountability for delivering clinical trials that advance Novo Nordisk's pipeline. You will lead cross-functional CDC trial teams, engage with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure every milestone is met with quality and compliance at its core.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Managing allocated trials at CDC level to deliver on trial KPIs, timelines and milestones, aligning activities and follow-ups with CDC Trial Team members and CRAs

Leading regular meetings with CDC Trial Team members, CRAs and Global Trial Team members to monitor recruitment progress, trial conduct and study status

Contributing to the Risk Management Plan and CDC recruitment plan – proactively identifying trigger points, escalating issues, and implementing mitigation actions

Creating and reviewing trial CDC budgets, approving trial-related payments and GL forms, and ensuring accuracy of trial data based on DM reports through to DBL

Performing TM Monitoring, co-visits with CRAs and pre-audit meetings.

Training the CDC trial team on protocols and procedures, reviewing site visit reports, and supervising trial archiving in collaboration with the CDC CTA

Building strong relationships within the CDC Trial Team and Trial Squad, providing constructive feedback and identifying training needs for CRAs and CTAs

Our team plays a critical role in bringing clinical trials to life across the country – working closely with investigators, CRAs, CTAs and global colleagues to ensure the highest standards of quality, compliance and patient safety. Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a Trial Manager who thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional environment and brings both operational rigor and strong stakeholder leadership. You will likely bring:

A master's degree in Life Sciences or a similar field;

Experience as CRA III or clinical trials manager;

Full understanding of international and local Clinical Trial regulations, solid GCP knowledge, and therapeutic area expertise (understanding of diseases and treatments);

Fluency in written and spoken English;

Strong communication, collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills – with the ability to build strategic partnerships and drive alignment across departments, countries and role;

An innovative, adaptable mindset with strong organizational, prioritization and troubleshooting skills;

Comfortable managing competing demands, anticipating challenges and making sound decisions quickly.
