Your impact begins here

As Channel and Partnerships Sr. Manager, you will shape how the affiliate reaches, engages and retains patients and consumers across owned, partner, retail, digital and emerging channels. You will turn portfolio and brand priorities into integrated channel strategies and strategic partnerships that accelerate growth and improve customer experiences. Your impact will be felt in stronger reach, sharper activation and better support for people living with serious chronic diseases.

What you’ll bring

To help us assess your fit quickly, we are looking for the following essential experience:

  • Proven experience in Marketing, Commercial Strategy, Omnichannel, Trade Marketing, Business Development, Strategic Partnerships or a related field.
  • A strong understanding of channel ecosystems, owned and partner channels, consumer and patient journeys, retail environments, retail media and go-to-market strategies.
  • A demonstrated ability to connect consumer, customer, brand and business priorities into actionable growth strategies.
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical capabilities and business acumen.
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across complex, cross-functional environments.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Professional proficiency in Portuguese & English.
  • Experience working with retailers, digital platforms, healthcare providers or strategic partners.

What you’ll do

You will define and evolve the affiliate’s channel ecosystem so that brand and portfolio priorities come to life across the touchpoints that matter most. In practice, you will:

  • Set and evolve the affiliate’s channel strategy, establishing priorities, channel roles and a roadmap aligned with portfolio, consumer, brand and business objectives across owned and partner channels.
  • Manage the strategic development of the channel ecosystem, optimising the mix of owned, partner, retail, digital and emerging channels to maximise consumer reach and business impact.
  • Identify, evaluate and design strategic partnerships and new channel opportunities that expand reach, improve consumer experiences and unlock sustainable growth.
  • Shape the role of channels across the patient and consumer journey, keeping channel strategies, engagement initiatives, brand plans and commercial priorities aligned.
  • Lead trade marketing activation and retail media strategies across priority channels, developing frameworks that strengthen brand presence, improve conversion and maximise the value of partner ecosystems.
  • Develop channel-specific value propositions and go-to-market frameworks that create value for consumers, partners and the business.
  • Monitor channel, partnership, activation and retail media performance, and turn insights into recommendations that optimise investment and scale what works.

Who you’ll work with

You will join the Cardiometabolic Marketing team within Product & Portfolio Strategy, where colleagues connect commercial strategy, medical affairs and business development to guide the portfolio and strengthen competitiveness.

Your closest partners will include brand, commercial, medical and digital colleagues, as well as external partners such as retailers, digital platforms, healthcare providers and strategic collaborators. Working across functions and organisational levels, you will bring different perspectives together, create clarity around priorities and help teams move from strategy to activation at pace.

What you can expect here

You will work in an environment where your expertise is valued and your contribution can shape decisions across the channel portfolio. You will be trusted to take ownership and make your voice heard, while being supported to broaden your commercial perspective and build new skills through cross-functional collaboration and hands-on experience. The work moves at pace, combining curiosity, collaboration and ambition to create meaningful progress for the business and for the people we serve.
