Your new role 

As an CRM Coordinator at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for implementing CRM best practices and processes, managing and optimizing customer relationship management systems and acting as a representative of the Business Development & Strategy department in cross-functional meetings. 

Some of your responsibilities will include: 

  • Managing CRM systems as IQVIA OCE and Veeva in addition to 

  • data integrity, ensuring the CRM system is up-to-date and accurate, maintaining data quality and consistency.  

  • Oversee data entry processes and implement data cleansing procedures. 

  • Coordinate CRM related projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business development strategies. 

  • Support sales, marketing and medical teams by providing insights from CRM data and assisting in the development of targeted campaigns based on CRM analytics. 

  • Develop CRM training materials and sessions, create comprehensive training resources to educate staff on CRM functionalities and conduct training sessions to improve user proficiency and system adoption. 

  • Analyse CRM data to identify business opportunities, uncovering trends and opportunities for growth. 
    Present findings in data analysis to stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and GBS, to integrate CRM solutions effectively.

Your skills and qualifications 

We are looking for a candidate who possesses: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 

  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration abilities. 

  • Previous experience in CRM systems and business development. 

  • Familiarity with sales, marketing and medical strategies within a corporate environment. 

  • Certification as Salesforce.com, IQVIA OCE and/or Veeva administrator are differentials. 

  • SAFe certification is a plus.
