The Position
As a CETA (Cardiovascular and Emerging Therapeutic Areas) Product Planning Sr Manager, you will:
- Evaluate and define strategic opportunities in Cardiovascular and Emerging Therapeutic Areas (CETA), analysing market demand, competition, and commercial potential to develop robust entry strategies, long-term objectives, and implementation plans.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders (Medical, Regulatory, Commercial, Market Access, Public Affairs) to ensure the successful development, launch, and market positioning of therapies in new therapeutic areas.
- Engage with key external stakeholders, including scientific communities, key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, medical societies, and patient organizations, to shape the therapeutic landscape and understand emerging trends and challenges.
- Drive business partnerships and regulatory alignment, identifying strategic collaborations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and coordinating efforts with LATAM, and Global teams to optimize market impact.
- Monitor performance and optimize strategies, assessing the success of new therapeutic areas, identifying opportunities for improvement, and refining execution plans to maximize long-term value and patient outcomes.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Fluency in English and the ability to navigate a global business environment.
- Experience in marketing, business planning, or strategy, specifically in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and influence cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management, working with both internal teams and external partners.
