The Position

As a Business Insights and Analytics Senior Manager, you will be responsible for leading high-impact data strategies that influence key decisions across the business. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders to transform complex data into actionable insights, helping shape forecasting, strategy, and performance across the affiliate. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing advanced data strategies by analysing complex datasets, identifying trends, integrating primary and secondary sources, and implementing frameworks to understand market and customer behaviour.
  • Driving data-based decision-making through predictive modelling, machine learning techniques, and algorithm development to support commercial strategy and execution.
  • Collaborating across functions, partnering with teams in Finance, Marketing, Access, Corporate Affairs, and Sales to deliver data-driven recommendations aligned with strategic business goals.
  • Translating data into impact through storytelling, visualisation, and the creation of dashboards and reports that enable senior leaders to make informed decisions.
  • Improving data systems and forecasting models by identifying opportunities to enhance data collection and analysis processes, ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy, and relevance.

 

Qualifications

We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong technical skills and business acumen. To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience in data analytics and business intelligence.
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning, AI techniques, and programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Proficiency with data visualisation tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with the business and executive leadership, translate data into strategy, and drive actionable insights.

 

About the Department

This position sits within the Corporate Affairs team in the Business Area LATAM, based in São Paulo. Our department includes the Executive Office, External and Internal Communications, Data Insights and Analytics, and Sustainability. Together, we support key strategic initiatives across the business by embedding data into decision-making.
