Business & Finance Analytics Sr Director - LATAM

This is a hybrid position based in São Paulo.

The Position

As a Business Finance & Analytics Sr Director, you will be part of the BA LATAM Finance & Operations Leadership Team, collaborating with LATAM countries F&O and across functional areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Pricing & Market Access, and Procurement. Your main responsibilities will include: 

• Manage the budget process in the BA LATAM in connection with countries
• Provide insights to support business decisions and recommendations to maximise business results, ensuring achievement of financial targets in LATAM.
• Offer analytical support for assessing business cases like pricing and investment, facilitating high-quality decision-making.
• Evolve FP&A organisational capabilities, enhancing partnerships across LATAM affiliates and accelerate data & digital capabilities.
• Drive cross-functional projects in LATAM, representing the region in the Emerging Markets FP&A Leadership Team, aligning on global strategies and projects

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or other relevant areas is strongly preferred.
• Significant experience in business finance, including leadership roles in BA and Regional positions and organizations; international experience is a plus.
• Commercial experience is an advantage.
• Fluent in English.
• Proven experience in managing teams, coaching, and providing constructive feedback.
