The Job
AskHR is a global project currently landing in LATAM region and Brazil will be the first country where we will run the implementation, both for the Commercial Affiliate and our Production Site located in Montes Claros.
AskHR offers high quality shared HR services and will enable and empower the centralization of HR administrative processes across Brazil. We are now looking for an engaged professional to join our team and contribute to the project implementation, which would become the role model for further implementations in other countries across region LATAM.

As the askHR Specialist you will report directly to the Sr askHR Manager, and can be located anywhere in LATAM, preferably in Sao Paulo (Brazil).

You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and HR support to Novo Nordisk processes, in addition to coordinating and managing key initiatives, leading service support projects. Coordinates improvement initiatives on the askHR Portal, ensuring that relevant and high quality content for customer is created, edited and maintained on the askHR Portal, in accordance with the guidelines.


Some of your key responsibilities will be:

  • Lead tests for implementations on the portal, in partnership with HR, IT or a support provider to solve technical problems.
  • Collaborate with content owners to insert, maintain and publish the content of the Portal for interested parties, in addition to creating and reviewing content and reports on the use of the Portal.
  • Develop training materials on the Portal and train a teams of askHR Agents, and others involved in the creation and maintenance of content.
  • Actively contribute to the operations on the askHR Portal, participating in global initiatives.
  • Analyze HR processes to determine improvements and identify additional services to be transferred to or from askHR.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of HR practices to effectively support employee and processes.
  • Provide advice to key stakeholders when specific knowledge is required.
  • Prepares activity reports, metrics and statistical data related to the assigned services and provides data insights.



  • We are looking for someone with a strong ability to analyze and solve problems and has attention to details.
  • Requires a Bachelors degree, solid experience working in HR and technology knowledge.
  • Ability to maintain highest level of confidentiality.
  • Ability to deal with multiple priorities and demands.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, in addition to stakeholder management skills, working together with other areas and understanding their impact.
  • Portuguese and English are mandatory. Spanish is desirable.
  • Advanced skill level in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, required.

Latin America Region is one of the 7 regions of our Commercial International Operations, based in São Paulo and encompassing 5 affiliates and 1 cluster.

The Novo Nordisk Brazilian affiliate is also based in Sao Paulo and comprises more than 300 employees. The affiliate has been consistently demonstrating strong growth through consecutive successful launches and also by increasing the penetration of our most mature products in the market.
