Your impact begins here

As Business Analyst, you will turn data from multiple sources into insights that shape business decisions. Using statistics, economic reasoning and clear Power BI reporting, you will help colleagues monitor performance, understand trends and spot opportunities to improve. Your analysis will explain both what the data shows and what it means, bringing clarity to what drives results today and supporting better planning for the people the business serves.

What you’ll bring

You combine quantitative skills with sound business judgement and you are curious about what really drives performance. To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • A degree in Economics, Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Management Engineering or a related quantitative discipline.
  • A solid understanding of descriptive and inferential statistics, and the ability to critically interpret data, relationships and analytical results.
  • A sound understanding of economic principles and the drivers of business performance.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI for building and maintaining dashboards and reports, and strong Excel skills for data preparation and analysis.
  • The ability to structure problems, test hypotheses and turn complex analysis into practical business recommendations.
  • Strong attention to detail, high standards for data quality, and the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.

Useful, but not essential:

  • Around 2–3 years of experience in business analysis, business intelligence, insights and analytics, financial planning and analysis, or analytical consulting.
  • Knowledge of Power Query, DAX and data modelling, plus SQL skills for querying and extracting data.
  • Familiarity with Python or R for statistical analysis and automation.
  • Experience with data from CRM, ERP or other business systems, or with forecasting, scenario analysis or commercial performance analysis.
  • Good written and spoken English.

What you’ll do

You will help the business see clearly where it stands, why and what to do next. Your work will focus on:

  • Analysing business and market data to identify trends, performance drivers, deviations and opportunities.
  • Applying statistical methods and economic reasoning to business questions, and being clear about assumptions, limitations and implications.
  • Developing and maintaining accurate, relevant Power BI dashboards and reports, and helping define and monitor KPIs by investigating what drives performance against targets.
  • Contributing to forecasting, scenario analysis and business planning.
  • Translating stakeholder needs into analytical questions, metrics and practical deliverables, and presenting findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Checking data quality and consistency, resolving discrepancies with relevant teams, and improving reporting processes by automating recurring analysis.

Who you’ll work with

You will join the Commercial Excellence team in Rome, part of International Operations, where colleagues work across markets to serve people around the world and help improve health at scale.

You will work closely with stakeholders across functions, turning their questions into clear analysis and recommendations they can act on. You will also partner with the teams who own data sources to resolve discrepancies and keep reporting trustworthy. These relationships keep insights close to real business needs, help decisions move faster and make sure the conversation continues when a dashboard reveals something unexpected.

What you can expect here

You will be trusted to own your analysis and encouraged to speak up and share what the data tells you, even when it challenges expectations. You will be supported to perform at your best, with clear expectations and recognition for the results you deliver.
