The position

As a Brand Manager you will drive and manage marketing activities in order to realize full potential of  Growth Hormone portfolio, including: Norditropin® and Somapacitan. As part of the team, you will have frontline exposure to our brand and marketing vision, business strategies, launch and lifecycle plans, and critical market insights that drive our business forward.

In details you will:

 ·Suggest, initiate and coordinate product activities from a marketing perspective by interacting with medical, sales and regulatory colleagues

·Monitor and implement promotional activities according to agreed budget

·Produce / locally adapt promotional materials for Field Force and Field Market Access in line with Global Marketing Portfolio strategy and in accordance with Italian Regulatory and Legal requirements

 ·Coordinate national congress activities in terms of relationships with external agencies for booth realization respecting  legal and local rules

·Prepare and execute Affiliate Market Plan

·Develop and execute strategies for different market segments and targets

·Build and promote external relationship with key stakeholders including Opinion Leaders

·Represent Growth Hormone strategies in meetings/task forces with SEEMEA/GM

 ·Facilitate the development of symposia/meetings or education seminars for health care providers on subject relevant to NN product/projects and deliver presentation at national and local meeting, symposia and external conferences  

·Relations with public officials should be managed in line with those indicated in Legal Decree 231/2001


First and foremost you must have a passion for Marketing as a vehicle for bringing value to the customer. Further to this your background will be from within the pharmaceutical sector, either in a marketing or sales capacity, and ideally with rare diseases.

Furthermore, you hold a relevant degree in life sciences, business or marketing.

As a person you are a highly collaborative, team player who enjoys a fully operational, hands on role with a flexible, solutions focused approach. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and fluency in English are essential, and the experience in the field, as a sales rep, would be appreciated.

At times, both domestic and international travel will be required so you must be willing to travel.
