The Position

As a Brand Manager you will drive and manage marketing activities, leading the development and execution of product launch strategies. Additionally in this role, you will:
•    Build brand equity across healthcare professionals, patients, and other relevant stakeholders.
•    Develop and execute promotional strategies, including organising events, internal and external communications, and annual tactical plans.
•    Analyse market trends, build sales forecasts, and monitor product performance to inform strategic decisions.
•    Manage the assigned budget to achieve business objectives and leverage additional funding opportunities.
•    Lead extensive cross-functional teams to address environmental challenges and ensure alignment across stakeholders.

This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days in the office each week, so ideally, you should live within a commutable distance from our office in Rome.


Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:

•    A master’s degree in marketing or a relevant life sciences field.
•    3-4 years of experience as a Brand Manager in the pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device industry, with international exposure.
•    Fluent in Italian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•    Strong problem-solving, execution, and proactive attitude.
•    Strategic and analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach.
•    Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and work under pressure.

You should also be a dedicated team player with a positive, 'can-do' attitude, agile in adapting to change and driving innovative solutions.

Based in Italy, our team operates in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful marketing strategies. With a strong focus on innovation and cross-functional alignment, we are dedicated to shaping the market and creating value for patients and healthcare professionals alike.
You will join a team of talented individuals reporting directly to the Head Of Marketing Diabetes.
