You'll be the organizational backbone of our Commercial Sales and Marketing team – coordinating high-impact marketing events, managing HCP partnerships, and supporting strategic initiatives that bring our medicines to healthcare professionals and patients who need them.
Your new role
As Business Unit Supervisor, you'll play a critical coordinating role ensuring our commercial and marketing teams can focus on strategic priorities while you manage the essential details that keep operations running smoothly.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Sr Director with administrative tasks including travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and operational coordination.
- Coordinating marketing events and logistics, including HCP contracts, payments, and compliance procedures in collaboration with Legal and Finance.
- Managing contracts for partnerships and vendor relationships, working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Handling HCP delegate support, ensuring all compliance procedures are followed and documentation is complete.
- Overseeing supplier relationships for purchasing, bidding processes, and meeting arrangements.
- Drafting contracts under supervision from the Marketing Manager with guidance from Legal.
- Serving as a key liaison between Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of commercial initiatives.

You will join the Cardiometabolic, reporting directly to the Cardiometabolic Sr Director. The department is committed to enhancing the lives of patients by ensuring seamless treatment pathways through innovation, collaboration, and strategic marketing initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders, the department plays a vital role in shaping patient outcomes across KSA and beyond.
Your skills & qualifications
We're looking for an organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment. You'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination or administrative roles within a pharmaceutical, commercial, or marketing environment.
- Familiarity with HCP contracting, compliance procedures, and event coordination.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality and consistency across administrative functions.
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal – to collaborate effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to dynamic commercial environments and find efficient solutions.
- Proficiency with relevant software tools and platforms for administrative and marketing functions.
