Your new role
- As an Evidence Generation Project Assistant (Apprentice), you'll play a vital role in supporting the Medical Excellence team with the operational execution of Real-World Evidence and Evidence Generation projects. This is an opportunity to contribute to the quality, efficiency and compliance of studies that inform how our treatments impact real lives.
- Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Supporting the planning, coordination and operational follow-up of ongoing RWE and Evidence Generation studies, ensuring timelines and milestones are tracked and met
- Maintaining and updating project trackers, including the local RWE tracker, to ensure complete traceability in line with internal SOPs and governance requirements
- Preparing and reviewing study documentation and deliverables to maintain high quality standards
- Conducting scientific and methodological surveillance on RWE and HEOR topics, preparing concise monitoring summaries for Medical teams
- Contributing to budget monitoring and compliance activities, including checklists, documentation completeness and archiving
- Identifying operational issues, bottlenecks or delays and escalating to the Medical Excellence team when needed
- Supporting process standardisation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality and audit readiness
Your new department:
The Medical Excellence team supports excellence across Medical Affairs by driving high‑quality execution, operational efficiency, compliance and continuous improvement of medical activities, including but not limited evidence generation projects. In addition, the team contributes to enhancing the performance and measurable impact of Medical Affairs by supporting robust governance, standardised processes and data‑driven insights across medical operations and scientific activities.
You'll be working closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Medical, Market Access, Finance and Compliance teams to ensure our evidence generation activities meet the highest standards.
Your skills & qualifications
- We're looking for a motivated apprentice who is eager to contribute to meaningful evidence generation work. You'll bring with you:
- Currently enrolled in a Master's degree (M1 or M2) in Epidemiology, Health Economics (HEOR), Life Sciences or a related field
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- An interest in Real-World Evidence, Health Economics and Outcomes Research, and evidence-based medicine
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ability to work with project tracking systems
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues and escalate appropriately
- Collaborative approach and willingness to learn in a cross-functional environment

Salary: The salary range for this role is between 1600 and 2000 Euros, depending on your diploma.
