As Business Analyst Apprentice, you will help our French affiliate decide where to focus and how to act as the busi-ness expands and new products launch. In the Frontline Excellence team, you will analyse sales, CRM and seg-mentation data, turn your findings into clear recommen-dations and present them to managers. You will see first-hand how analysis shapes commercial decisions in a pharmaceutical business – and help turn insight into practical improvements for teams in the field.

Useful, but not essential: · A first experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a commercial, marketing or business analytics role. · Knowledge of or experience with Power BI, business intelligence, statistics or database tools. What you’ll do You will work across business analysis, commercial strat-egy and field execution, investigating performance and helping turn recommendations into action. · Recommend where to act: analyse sales results, CRM activity and healthcare professional segmentation to identify opportunities and propose clear strategic and operational recommendations. · Make performance easy to understand: build concise reports and dashboards that help teams and manage-ment track results, spot trends and make decisions, and maintain the data and tools behind them in Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI. · Connect analysis to field performance: monitor field force activity and performance, and support the calcu-lation and validation of sales force bonuses at the end of each activity cycle. · Contribute to commercial projects: bring evidence and practical recommendations to work on territory align-ment, portfolio management and product launches. · Help shape Frontline Excellence: support the team’s evolution from a commercial excellence model to a broader approach that connects commercial insight with the needs of teams in the field.
Who you’ll work with You will join the Frontline Excellence team, part of the Customer Engagement and Business Excellence (CUBE) department in Novo France.
