Your new role
As Product Manager Rare Disease, you will own the marketing strategy for your product portfolio and drive its growth and visibility across therapeutic areas. This role is focused on the Rare Disease business area, with current responsibility for hemophilia and growth hormone therapies.
You will combine sharp market insight with creative campaign execution, working across functions to bring innovative, customer-centric strategies to life in the Czech market. A high degree of ownership, accountability, and proactive leadership is essential for success in this role.
Day-to-day your tasks will include:

Developing and executing product marketing strategies that align with commercial goals and respond to local market demands

Conducting market research, monitoring competitor activity and interpreting consumer trends to identify new opportunities

Managing the full product lifecycle, tracking performance metrics including P&L and ROI to ensure targets are met

Creating and overseeing promotional materials and campaigns, ensuring they are compelling, compliant and aligned with brand messaging

Optimising the use of IO Engage tools to strengthen multichannel customer engagement and accelerate business growth

Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing colleagues, Procurement and Finance, as well as external agencies and KOLs, to deliver cohesive execution

Building and maintaining strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), developing and executing KOL engagement plans to support business objectives and strengthen Novo Nordisk’s position within the Rare Disease community

Ensuring all activities comply with SOPs, local regulations and Novo Nordisk's procurement policies
Your new department
You will join the Strategy & Marketing team in our Czech Republic affiliate, reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing. It's a close-knit, cross-functional team where Product Managers, project and event coordinators, and commercial colleagues work side by side to shape the local market. Here, your ideas will be tested quickly, your ownership will be real, and your work will directly influence how patients in the Czech Republic experience Novo Nordisk products.
Your skills & qualifications
We're looking for a commercially minded marketer who thrives on turning insight into action and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll bring with you:

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is a plus

5+ years of experience in product management, commercial marketing or a related role, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry

Experience in Rare Diseases is highly desirable; experience in hemophilia, endocrinology or growth hormone therapy is considered a strong advantage

A proven track record in developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research and managing P&L activities

Hands-on experience in promotional campaign planning, ROI analysis and lifecycle management

Strong analytical skills, a customer-centric mindset and the confidence to make data-driven recommendations

Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership of key business priorities and proactively identify and drive opportunities for growth and improvement

Experience in KOL management and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to build trusted partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with fluency in English and Czech

Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 1,235,050.00 to 2,099,590.00 CZK, corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
