The position
As a Patient Journey Specialist, you will lead initiatives that enhance patient engagement, improve disease awareness, and optimize patient activation strategies. You’ll collaborate across functions to deliver impactful campaigns that put the patient at the center of everything.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate the patient journey to identify areas for improvement, analysing patient interactions at key touchpoints.
- Collaborate with marketing and medical teams to develop patient activation strategies
- Propose targeted measures that lead to optimization, ensuring a seamless experience across all stages of care.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement these improvements and continuously assess their impact on patient satisfaction and health outcomes.
- Drive activities aimed at accelerating time to diagnosis and treatment, optimizing the referral process, and improving disease monitoring and follow-up, etc.
- Create compelling, compliant content tailored to patient needs and regulatory guidelines.
- Create patient-centric materials tailored to specific needs, including tools and education for initiation, screening, and adherence.
- Support disease awareness campaigns focus on medical expert content, collaboration with healthcare facilities and physicians.
- Monitor, evaluate, and optimize project outcomes based on patient insights and data analysis to create innovative solutions.
- Closely cooperate with Public Affairs team.
Qualifications
As a person, you are empathetic, collaborative, and strategic. You can translate complex insights into meaningful action. You value the patient perspective, adapt quickly to change, and communicate effectively across stakeholders.
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in natural sciences, pharmacy, or related fields focused on medical sciences.
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in project management, patient engagement, or healthcare marketing within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- E-commerce and digital marketing experience is a strong advantage (e.g., Shopify, SEO, PPC, Google Analytics).
- Strong command of English and Czech, both written and verbal.
- Background in medical, OTC, or vaccine promotion is a plus, though not required.
