The Position
As a Patient Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for developing innovative strategies focused on facilitating patients' journeys through the healthcare system. This includes a focus on disease awareness, patient engagement, business development, strategic partnerships, digital innovations and adherence strategies, all while closely collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your role will involve analysing patient feedback and insights to create patient-centric promotional materials and campaigns to ensure a best-in-class patient experience for the priority brands and overall better public health.
Key responsibilities are:
- Generates the strategy and leads development of the initiatives to support patients in their diseases journey
- Lead and develop team as a Line Manager, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Develop disease awareness, patient engagement, and adherence strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align patient engagement activities with business objectives and therapeutic area strategy.
- Analyse patient feedback and insights to inform strategy adjustments.
- Designing and implementation of a new commercial partnership (telehealth companies, pharmacies, healthcare organisations, lifestyle providers) to accelerate time to diagnosis and treatment, referral process, improve disease monitoring and follow up)
- Create patient-centric materials tailored to specific needs, including tools and education for initiation, screening, and adherence.
- Monitor and report on engagement metrics to stakeholders, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Ensure a best-in-class patient experience for the priority brands and overall better public health.
Qualifications

With a problem-solving attitude and digital fluency, you adapt quickly to change and use data to drive impactful, patient-centred engagement strategies
We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in patient engagement or marketing within the pharmaceutical industry, and experience in the medical field, OTC, or vaccine promotion is an advantage.
- Proven e-commerce experience, including managing online platforms, analysing customer behaviour, and optimizing conversion rates; familiarity with tools like Shopify, Google Analytics, and SEMrush is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of online marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, email marketing) and social media campaign management to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Experience in People Manager role.
- Strong English proficiency with excellent communication skills
