You will be part of Novo Nordisk Czech Republic, in Bohumil, Central Bohemia.
The position
The Business Excellence Professional is responsible for executing our continuous improvement goals. In this hands-on role, you will support operations by implementing and maintaining Lean processes. Responsibilities also include strategic process improvement projects and training.
Your key activities will include:
• Execute and enhance Business Excellence strategy using Lean Six Sigma tools to foster a continuous improvement culture.
• Lead and manage strategic process improvement projects to achieve operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Design, implement, and maintain an efficient reporting framework to support data-driven decision-making (ensure the accuracy, consistency, and automation of performance metrics and dashboards).
• Train & coach employees on Continuous Improvement tools as needed.
Qualifications
• Ideally university degree in pharma, technical or economic fields
• 3+ years of experience in a similar position in the field of lean management (pharmaceutical industry is an advantage)
• Experience with Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, PDCA, VSM, RCA
• Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficient in Czech and English (both spoken and written)
• Strong communication, training, and mentoring abilities
• Proactive, persuasive, and results-oriented personality
