Your new role
As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting Novo Nordisk's portfolio of products and building trusted partnerships with healthcare professionals across your assigned territory. You will play a key role in ensuring healthcare providers have access to accurate scientific information that supports optimal patient outcomes.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Medical, Market Access, and Marketing, to execute territory plans and achieve business objectives while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
This is a fixed term position designed to support our team; you will be fully integrated into our team and have a direct impact.
Customer Engagement
- Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals, including diabetologists, endocrinologists, obesity specialists, internists, and primary care physicians.
- Deliver high-quality scientific and product-related information through face-to-face and virtual interactions.
- Identify customer needs and tailor communication accordingly.
- Organize and support educational meetings, workshops, and scientific events.
Territory Management
- Create and implement territory business plans to achieve sales and activity objectives.
- Analyze market dynamics, customer segmentation, and competitive activities.
- Optimize customer coverage and engagement through effective territory management.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within CRM systems.
Scientific Communication
- Present clinical data and product information confidently and accurately.
- Respond to healthcare professional inquiries within company policies and compliance requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of disease areas, treatment guidelines, and competitor activities.
Compliance & Ethics
- Ensure all promotional activities comply with local regulations, industry codes, and Novo Nordisk policies.
- Operate with integrity and demonstrate commitment to patient-centric healthcare.
- Complete all compliance and training requirements on time.
Your Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical sales, medical representation, or healthcare-related field roles (additionally - previous experience outside the pharmaceutical industry is welcome)
- Higher education — preferably in a medical or biological field
- Experience working with HCPs, particularly general practitioners, diabetologists, and endocrinologist
- Knowledge of the Polish healthcare and reimbursement environment.
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Excellent relationship-building capabilities
- Good analytical skills
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Ability to use digital tools (e.g. RTE, webinars) to communicate with HCPs
- Knowledge of, and openness to learning, AI tools
- Fluent Polish and good English language skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
- Experience in launching innovative Rx medicines and knowledge of the specialty Rx medicines market will be an additional advantage

- Salary: For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 119480 PLN to 209090 PLN corresponding to the level of the position. The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
- Incentives and Benefits: The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
