The Position

This job exists to assist in executive support for the delivery of alternative business models across Finance and Operations and ad hoc strategic tasks for Alternative Model Execution Management (AMEM). This role in the team will be to drive projects and tasks related to executive support of alternative business models. Moreover, the position will also have responsibility for the execution of strategic projects across AMEM and Finance & Operations with the goal of progressing the organization towards realizing its strategic aspirations. Purpose is to ensure complete integration and scaling of processes and information within AMEM and in relations with other internal functions.

 

Relationships

This individual will report to a Senior Director in Finance & Supply Chain. The individual in this position will interact with stakeholders across the Finance & Operations organization, as well as other members across each ET area as needed. The job will also interact with the VP and LT in Finance & Supply Chain as a key role in the alternative model portfolio operations team. In addition to there will be semi-regular global interaction specifically within the Global Finance network. The position does not have any direct reports. Ensures strong collaboration across functions to leverage on collective knowledge and insights and develops scalable change management processes.

 

Essential Functions

  • Assist in portfolio operations support for AMEM, including but not limited to presentation development, task management, internal communication copy development
  • Manage projects and tasks related to alternative model execution
  • Coordinates efficient execution of ad-hoc strategic projects, leveraging both internal and external resources as needed
  • Generates the necessary deliverables to educate and/or guide the relevant internal functions on evolving trends and insights and potential strategies to respond to identified changes
  • Manage the development of presentations on behalf of the VP of Finance and Supply Chain and other materials to provide insights to various stakeholders (ET, BoD, ExecMan, GFLT, Brand teams)
  • Working with the Sr. Director of the team to translate enterprise strategy aspirations into scalable business systems and processes and define initiatives to reach those aspirations
  • Manage and execute projects working closely together with respective F&SC and F&O LT members and their organizations to fulfil aspirations
  • Communicate around strategic initiatives to the F&O organization and the broader enterprise

 

Physical Requirements

This position will be onsite in Plainsboro, NJ.

0-10% overnight travel required.

 

Qualifications

  • Education Level: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree. Preferred focus in Business Management, Project Management, and Finance
  • Experience Level: Minimum of 4 years relevant work experience with Bachelor’s or 2 years of relevant experience with Advanced degree
  • Specific or technical job skills
    • Advanced PowerPoint skills required
    • Have strong interpersonal; communication; analytical and project management skills. Role will require strong cross-functional collaboration, both in planning and execution
    • Ability to access and influence various functional areas and motivate groups to action without direct line management responsibility
    • Ability to utilize time effectively; sets priorities in order to manage multiple projects with time sensitive deadlines
    • Proactive, high energy and driven to complete projects
    • Solution orientated
    • Ability to work independently
    • Excellent communication skills, especially targeted towards senior management

The base compensation range for this position is $116,810 to $216,100. Base compensation is determined based on a number of factors. This position is also eligible for a company bonus based on individual and company performance.
