The Position
The Senior Data Integration & Enablement Manager is accountable for driving the seamless integration and operationalization of commercial data assets across strategic partnerships and internal business functions, ensuring data flows reliably and is positioned for maximum commercial impact. This role bridges technical data integration with business enablement, ensuring that partner-sourced and operational data is accessible, fit-for-purpose, and ready to power analytics, insights, and decision making. By establishing scalable integration frameworks and enabling consistent data availability across the commercial ecosystem, this role strengthens the organization's ability to execute on its data strategy, accelerate strategic partnerships, enhance omnichannel capabilities, and support sustained growth through smarter, more connected commercial analytics.
Relationships
The Senior Data Integration & Enablement Manager reports to the Director, Data & Analytics Strategy and serves as a key connector across commercial functions, engaging regularly with senior leaders across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Market Access and DD&IT to drive alignment, prioritization, and effective execution of data integration and enablement initiatives.
Essential Functions
- Define and execute a scalable data integration strategy that supports commercial sales partnerships, operational data flows, and broader commercial data enablement priorities
- Serve as the primary integration lead for commercial partner data relationships, overseeing onboarding, data mapping, validation, and ongoing operational management of partner data assets
- Establish and maintain integration standards, frameworks, and operating models that ensure data is consistently delivered, fit-for-purpose, and aligned to downstream analytics and business needs
- Partner with DD&IT, Data Science, and Omnichannel Intelligence teams to design and implement integration pipelines and data enablement solutions that are scalable, interoperable, and technically sound
- Serve as a strategic business partner to commercial functions — including Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Market Access — to align data integration priorities with business objectives and resolve operational trade-offs
- Drive cross-functional coordination across internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of integrated data assets
- Enable downstream use of integrated data by ensuring accessibility, documentation, and readiness for analytics, reporting, and AI-driven applications
- Identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies within the commercial data integration landscape and lead continuous improvement efforts to strengthen reliability and performance
- Ensure all data integration activities adhere to compliance, privacy, and regulatory requirements applicable to a pharmaceutical commercial environment
- Support change management and adoption efforts associated with new data integrations, partnerships, and enablement capabilities across the commercial organization

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required (e.g., Business, Technology, Data, Analytics, Information Systems, Science, or a related discipline) and 8 years of experience required; advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in data integration, data operations, commercial data management, or related roles, preferably within pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other highly regulated industries
- Demonstrated experience managing data partnerships and third-party data relationships, including onboarding, data mapping, validation, and ongoing operational oversight
- Strong understanding of data integration concepts, pipeline architecture, and enablement practices, with the ability to provide strategic direction and oversee technical delivery without owning it directly
- Experience working with commercial data assets such as claims, sales, HCP, or patient-level data, and familiarity with key pharmaceutical data vendors and partnership models
- Proven ability to partner and influence across commercial, analytics, IT, compliance, and legal functions in a matrixed organization
- Experience engaging and aligning senior stakeholders to drive prioritization, resolve operational trade-offs, and ensure effective execution of data initiatives
- Strong problem solving and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple integration workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical integration concepts into clear, business-relevant language for diverse audiences
The base compensation range for this position is $[ ] to $[ ]. Base compensation is determined based on a number of factors. This position is also eligible for a company bonus based on individual and company performance.
Novo Nordisk offers long-term incentive compensation and or company vehicles depending on the position's level or other company factors.

The base compensation range for this position is $130,000 to $190,000. Base compensation is determined based on a number of factors. This position is also eligible for a company bonus based on individual and company performance.
