This role will be reporting to the Sales & Business Development Manager of Obesity Business Unit ad will be covering Manila and Pasay areas.
The position
As a Professional Medical Representative at Novo Nordisk, you will:
- Market Understanding & Relationship Building: Develop a deep understanding of target specialist groups and the local market while building strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) by addressing their needs and insights.
- Product Promotion & Education: Promote prescription products to HCPs and medical establishments, aligning with Business Unit strategies, and conduct training sessions and workshops to educate HCPs on product features and benefits.
- Promotional Activities: Lead branded promotional activities, including webinars, product presentations, focus group discussions (FGDs), and round table discussions (RTDs).
- Competitive Analysis & Reporting: Monitor competitor developments, conduct competitive analyses, and provide regular sales forecasts, territory performance reviews, and timely reports.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure adherence to business ethics, local laws, company policies, and guidelines, maintaining professionalism in all activities.
Qualifications
- Graduate of a four-year undergraduate course, with a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communications, or any related field.
- 2-3 years eexperience within the pharmaceutical industry as a sales representative. Experience in omnichannel and digital strategies is an advantage
- Go getter mindset; experience in achieving financial targets and similar measures.
- Understands insight-driven & patient-centric approaches.
- Must have English proficiency, both written and spoken.
