The Position
As a Trade Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will:

Develop and execute trade strategies by segmenting and targeting Points of Sale (PoS) to maximise product visibility and align with sales objectives.

Manage key customer relationships with pharmacies, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to enhance engagement and sales.

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, optimising trade activity mix across brands and countries through market research and tailored approaches.

Define KPIs and manage budgets, measuring the impact of trade activities and ensuring efficient resource allocation to support strategic goals.

Analyse market trends and sell-out data, tracking competitor actions and implementing promotional initiatives (e.g., discounts, fidelization) to boost PoS performance.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who can bring the following to the table:

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or commercial roles, with specific expertise in PoS, pharmacy, and clinics.

A proven track record in developing and implementing successful sales strategies, particularly within pharmacy chains, retail, or the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.

Strong knowledge of Excel & desirable knowledge of Power BI.

Advanced English proficiency.
