  • Develop and adapt value propositions tailored to country, channel, and stakeholder

  • Leverage cross-country learnings to strengthen access strategies and maximize impact

  • Support business case development and strategic initiatives

3. Drive access opportunities and continuous improvement

  • Proactively identify growth opportunities and support their execution

  • Translate market insights into actionable initiatives

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to remove barriers and accelerate execution

  • Capture learnings and continuously improve future strategies

Main challenges of the role

  • Balancing operational rigor with strategic impact in a hybrid role

  • Managing complex, multi-country stakeholder environments

  • Driving differentiation in a highly competitive GLP‑1 landscape

  • Working with high autonomy and strong ownership mindset

  • Strong execution and operational capabilities (coordination, follow-up, delivery)

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills

  • High level of proactivity, ownership and problem-solving mindset

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in tender management, contracting or distributor coordination

  • Background in marketing, product management, or key account management

  • Understanding of access dynamics and payer decision drivers
