Your new role
As a Senior Pricing Manager, you will define and implement regional pricing strategies that balance volume growth with revenue protection, aligning with company objectives and Emerging Markets guidance. Your responsabiities will include:

  • Provide hands-on pricing support to country teams, reviewing and validating pricing proposals while promoting analytical thinking and innovative approaches.
  • Share and transfer best practices by identifying successful pricing strategies and facilitating their adoption across BASAC markets.
  • Standardize and scale solutions by adapting effective country-level strategies to other markets while ensuring local feasibility and compliance.
  • Act as a liaison with Emerging Markets, maintaining strong communication about market dynamics, tendencies, and best practices to align BASAC pricing activities with regional policies.
  • Monitor pricing performance by tracking metrics such as price realization, revenue, volume, margin impact, and erosion risk, providing actionable insights to leadership.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration within the BASAC team by working with marketing, sales, regulatory, market access, clinical, and business leaders to integrate reimbursement considerations into their plans.
  • Ensure governance and compliance by adhering to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards in all pricing proposals.

 

Your Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Business, Economics, Health Policy, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in pricing or reimbursement within a multinational company.
  • Key stakeholder management experience, and ability to work within a cross functional team .
  • Strong finance background
  • Regional experience is a trong plus.
  • Fluent English and Spanish.
