Your new role

As the Supply & Demand Manager (Sales & Operations Execution Lead) for BASAC, you will be the regional lead ensuring timely execution of S&OE processes and alignment across affiliates in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Central America & Caribbean and South America. Acting as a Center of Excellence, you will embed best practices in forecast, demand and supply planning, and enable operational decisions that balance customer needs, inventory and constrained supply situations. You will work closely with country supply chain teams, commercial, finance and operations to drive continuous improvement, manage supply risks and ensure fair allocation across the region.

Some of your responsibilities will be:

  • Lead regional supply management: anticipate bottlenecks, highlight risks and propose fair allocation options during constrained supply.
  • Collaborate with local supply chain teams to monitor performance, diagnose issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Drive initiatives to improve forecast accuracy and inventory optimisation, and act as a CoE by sharing best practices and providing training.
  • Prepare and present dashboards and KPIs to senior leadership, and support production order placement and follow‑up.

Your Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years’ experience in supply chain planning or operations, with strong knowledge of S&OE or S&OP processes.
  • Proven experience leading cross‑functional teams across multiple countries or a regional scope. To have experience working multi-country will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP preferred); experience with OMP demand planning is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and meeting facilitation skills; fluent in English and Spanish is a must.

Your new department

You will join a dynamic and inclusive team committed to operational excellence and innovation. Our department is the SC Centre of Excellence (CoE) for the BA BASAC, and we take pride in embedding best practices and enabling operational success across our affiliates in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, CAC, and SAM. With a strong focus on collaboration, strategic thinking, and continuous improvement, we work together to make a meaningful impact on Novo Nordisk's mission to improve the lives of patients worldwide.
