The Position

As a Multichannel Engagement Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, production and executions of digital content and materials for our targeted customer groups, and secure seamless cooperation and execution across different functions like Brand Teams, Production teams, external vendors e.g.

Your Main Accountabilities will be to:

  • Plan and coordinate various digital activities aimed at engaging healthcare professionals and stakeholders, and assist in the creation of content and adaption to different digital platforms
  • Coordinate and oversee production of digital materials together with our internal and external partners and support creation, testing and approval of materials across e,g, email marketing, landing pages, webinars and social media, tailored to different targeted customer groups.  
  • Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations and company policies and provide regular updates and reports on customer engagement activities
  • Collaborate closely with Brand Managers and colleagues from Customer Excellence, Sales, and Medical teams to coordinate and follow up campaign deliverables
  • Ensure systematic collection of customer feedback on all touchpoints and utilize data and analytics to further develop best practices.

 

Qualifications

As a Multichannel Engagement Coordinator, you need to have an academic degree, preferably marketing, digital or business qualification.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Preferable experience in omnichannel marketing
  • Project management, innovation, and digital marketing skills
  • Technical skills/understanding, analytical and communication skills
  • Organisational, co-operative, and supportive skills
  • Technical skills necessary to manage and work with different content production tools  (e.g.,  EasyBrief 2.0. Microsoft Planner, Adobe Analytics and social media advertising)
  • Analytical skills to increase understanding of customer experience and the impact of different channels
