Your new role
As our new Commercial Excellence Student Assistant, you will partner closely with the Commercial Excellence lead and support the broader team in managing our CRM system, sales excellence, and sales analysis. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across commercial operations while studying, with real responsibility from day one.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing CRM data maintenance to ensure high-quality, accurate customer records and correct handling of consents and new accounts.
- Acting as the primary contact for the Field Force regarding IO Engage (CRM) inquiries and providing user support.
- Proactively identifying and recommending process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness across commercial operations.
- Handling daily Commercial Excellence routines: cleaning and preparing Excel lists, following up on data-change requests, and producing insight-driven reports and presentations.
- Developing and maintaining the local CRM SharePoint site and creating relevant content to support team workflows.
- Supporting the implementation of a new CRM system planned for 2026.
The role requires approximately 20 hours per week (1-2 days) alongside your studies, giving you the flexibility to balance academic commitments with meaningful professional experience.
