The Position
As a Training Supporter, you will be responsible for various tasks related to maintaining high-quality training and training materials that conform to our standards and are accurately uploaded into our system. Additionally, you will ensure that the processes you handle within our project areas comply with the regulatory requirements for training.
In this position, you will collaborate with numerous stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to provide support to our project managers and colleagues to ensure timely and relevant development of training materials. Additionally, you will assist our training group in organizing and documenting training in our learning management systems. You will ensure effective collaboration among stakeholders, offer guidance when required, and help the business prepare for inspections.
In this role, you will:
- Effectively manage stakeholders and promote collaboration to optimize training material development and training outcomes.
- Apply competencies in training, such as selecting the best methods and standards, and use a lean mindset to capture and implement improvements across multiple production sites.
- Possess a highly organized and detail-oriented approach to training.
- Understand the training value chain and its impact on Novo Nordisk’s training system.
- Navigate our training systems, upload materials, and maintain compliance.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role you should have the following:
- A mix of formal education and real-world experience in business administration, HR & education (workplace learning), behavioral economics, or similar fields.
- Experience with training in a regulated environment will be useful and preferred.
- Knowledge from the pharma industry or other regulated industry where GMP or similar requirements exist would be considered as an asset.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, along with excellent communication skills.
- Be good with computers, have a data-driven, analytical mindset, and have previously worked in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to communicate fluently in English.

You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 28,500 employees. Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology. We are setting the standards for the future, designing facilities we will still be proud of many decades from now.
