The Position

As a Senior Quality Supporter, you will join a team in a fast-paced environment. The team is responsible for building and implementing Quality Management System for our new manufacturing site in Odense. We are defining requirements based on risk assessments and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing (GMP) standards.

In this role you will work closely with various stakeholders and have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our expansion project.

The main tasks will be to:

• Support, plan, and execute validation activities.
• Develop a robust setup for facility, utility, and equipment compliance together with colleagues.
• Develop and implement a Quality Management System (QMS) ensuring compliance with Novo Nordisk QMS and Regulatory requirements.
• Utilize experience within regulated processes to drive improvements and ensure quality assurance.
• Manage stakeholders and maintain effective communication throughout the project.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• A master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Solid experience working within quality and risk management in regulated processes, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in defining requirements based on risk management.
• Knowledge of GMP standards and quality assurance principles.
• Experience in clean room validation set up and quality documentation would be considered as advantage.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

On a personal level, you are led by a strong quality mindset and attention to details. Having excellent communication skills, stakeholder management skills and the ability to work in a structured, detail-oriented manner is key to succeed in this role.

You will be joining Fill & Finish Expansions. The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approximately 28,500 employees. Fill & Finish Expansions is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and build all major fill & finish expansion projects across PSQIT to serve the needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our fill & finish facilities with the use of modern technology. We are setting the standards for the future, designing facilities we will still be proud of many decades from now. Fill & Finish Expansions has a global approach, where you will be working with multiple sites and cultures across the world.
