The Position
As a Project Manager for Warehouse Expansion at Novo Nordisk, you will:
• Plan, organise, and control resources/processes to achieve project objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints.
• Manage cross-functional projects cutting across several different job families.
• Support key decisions throughout the project, including milestones.
• Organise project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules, and determine resource requirements.
• Provide clear goals and purpose for the project and the project team members to ensure effective use of time and resources.
• Create effective and transparent systems, structures, and processes to drive the project, while applying the essential project management tools and methods.
Qualifications
As the successful candidate, we expect you to have the following skills:
• Knowledge about construction and total contractors.
• Technical experience from construction is preferred.
• Experience in managing highly automated GMP warehouse projects, ideally in a large-scale greenfield project.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage resources and processes effectively.
• Experience in project management tools and methods.
• Fluency in English, both oral and written. Danish language is a plus.

NN Odense is expanding capacity for Novo Nordisk and will soon start construction of a new modern warehouse. The purpose of the organisation is to secure products to market in 2027, and a modern and efficient warehouse is key to success.
